The worfc servers were offline for 5-10 minutes just after noon, today, for ...uh... "unscheduled maintenance".
(That's technical-talk for "I was trying to make a small adjustment that shouldn't have had any impact, but I screwed up the host-access and then had to scramble to get things back online.)
Sorry for any inconvenience.
