Crafting dialog update

The crafting dialog updates in real time the resources available versus those required to craft things. For instance, if I need 6 woods for something and I have 2 in inventory then it will show that I'm missing 4. If I pick one wood up, the display will update to show that I now miss only 3, etc.

It doesn't update what you 'can do' though. For instance, if you select 'Can Make' (instead of 'All') and you don't have the requirement to make steel because you're missing iron ingots, it will not show 'Steel ingots' in the list. If you make enough iron ingots so that you should now be able to make steel ingots, the list isn't updated. You have to select 'All', then return to 'Can Make' for the list to be updated (and show you 'Steel Ingots').

It should get updated live, just like when picking stuff up.
