World of RoboFarmCraft
|About World of RoboFarmCraft||Get The App|
| At its core, World of RoboFarmCraft (WoRFC) is a Farm game where one plants seeds and harvests crops.
However, instead of you doing the farming yourself, you "program" robots to do the farming for you. The programming is done by connecting the robot's motivators (for movement), bumpers (to sense surroundings), grabber (to pick-up or drop items) and tools (crafted) either to direct power sources or through a series of simple logic gates (AND, OR, NOT, etc.)
Raw materials (wood, seeds, clay) can be crafted into tools, which can be used to produce more advanced crops and tools to harvest them more efficiently, including additional robots.
You can buy and sell from friends' farms, visit other people's farms, expand and form communities.

In early beta versions of WoRFC, you had a "cursor" robot that had to walk over to your "real" robot in order to act on him.
A wiki is magic, and the magic is you! The way it works is: someone dumps a bunch of information into the wiki then, later, someone else reads it, and thinks of a way to make the page better -- maybe to make a sentence more clear, or to add information, or to clean up some old information that no longer applies. Over time, what a started as a blob of mud is slowly carved -- by the community of contributing editors -- into a beautiful work of art. That "someone" -- those "contributing editors" -- that's you!
Of course the wiki is here to help and inform you. Hopefully, you will find all of the information you need right here. But please, please do not be shy about contributing. You can add, remove, rearrange, shuffle, re-word, correct-spelling or whatever you like to make this wiki better.
It is not possible to harm the wiki!
If you accidentally goof up, you (or someone else) can always put a page back to the way it was before, because wiki saves the older versions in the database!
If you think of an edit of which you are unsure, mention it on a page's discussion page (tab at the top of any page); someone who knows may be able to make the contribution for you. Lastly, if you're just nervous about computers, ask someone to make your suggested improvement. But, really, it's not that scary! Especially since wiki makes backups and anything you do can be undone. As the world wikipedians say:
Have you noticed that, since everyone has a camcorder these days, no one talks about seeing UFOs like they used to?
